Tina Di Vito
It's never too early to start planning for retirement, but it's also never too late to start!
Tina is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner and Trust and Estate Practitioner. In 2012 in recognition of her commitment to enhancing the financial planning profession, she was named FELLOW OF FPSC.With more than 20 years of experience helping Canadians plan for and live in retirement, Tina has worked directly with families and run workshops and seminars for Canadians of all levels of prosperity.
She is also very dedicated to education and has created and delivered training programs for financial planners across Canada. She is actively involved in the financial planning community. As a volunteer with the Financial Planning Standards Council she has written questions for the financial planning exams and was involved in a detailed review of the CFP professional competency profile. She has been teaching with Humber College - Centre for Employee Benefits for over a decade.
As a subject matter expert on all matters of personal finance, Tina is widely quoted and has been interviewed by Canada AM, Global, BNN, the Globe and Mail, the Financial Post, the Toronto Star, CNBC, Wall Street Journal online, Investment Executive and Advisor.ca.
She has also been consulted by government committees at the federal level on topics related to personal wealth management and retirement savings.
Tina has written numerous articles on retirement planning, income tax and estate planning.
Tina's consulting firm Florentine Consulting Inc. helps firms determine their strategic approach to wealth advisory by helping to define strategies that add value and enhance business results.
